Marcia Langman is a conservative activist who occasionally swoops in to shut down Leslie's work in the Parks department. She runs the Society for Family Stability Foundation and has worked to stop gay marriage (for penguins), nude art (which she calls pornography), and a sex education program (for senior citizens). She is married to Marshall Langman, who seems to be gay.
