Marcus Bozeman is the werewolf ex-husband of Luna Garza, and father to her daughter, Emma. Although they are not together, he becomes extremely jealous and territorial when Luna begins a relationship with Sam Merlotte. He is the packmaster of the Shreveport, Louisiana pack, which also includes Alcide Herveaux. Unlike some werewolves, he does not approve of allegiances with vampires.
