Casey and Katerina are also members.She opens herself for possession by the spirit Antonia Gavilan de Logrono, gaining access to her powers, and ends up in the middle of a battle involving Eric, Pam, Sookie Stackhouse, Tara Thornton and Bill Compton. When she is possessed she is known as Martonia. Background: Marnie was born in Savannah in 1960 on the day of the summer solstice. Her mother Agnes was a school teacher and her father was in the military. Her mother ran away with her and exposed her to Wicca. After years of study, she met Alma Olivetti, an experienced witch who acted as her mentor. Together they moved to Shreveport and opened the Moon Goddess Emporium in 1995.With Antonia's abilities, Marnie is able to see into the future, control vampires, teleport, project her nergy, heal and perform mind control.
