The most down on his luck man in personal history, Michael is/was a failed husband (but a good father) who can't keep a job, most recently a television salesman at Best Buy. Because of this, he is the most resilient and resourceful of the group and despite his demeanor, he refuses to be kept down or to feel defeated, which results in his many daring and admittedly stupid heroics!
