Michael is one of Donna's friends.He comes off as a jerk. His girlfriend is Claire. They are going through a lot of troubles due to the fact of her going to college far away. They get in a fight at the prom. Claire goes upstairs with Donna. Later Donna comes down and Claire is still upstairs and is stabbed to death by the killer. She doesn't come down and Michael starts to wonder where she's at. He asks Donna and she tells him that he made Claire mad and that she is up in the suite. Michael goes upstairs and looks for Claire who's dead body is hidden. He assumes that she is in the bathroom hiding from him seems how the door is locked, but it's really the killer. The door opens and the killer leaves before Michael can turn around and see it's not Claire. Michael sees someone go into the coat closet and still thinks it's Claire. He opens the closet and says her name repeatedly. Then the killer jumps out and punches Michael in the stomach and then stabs him repeatedly.
