Nevel Amadeus Papperman is a web critic for Nevelocity.com, although he is only 11 years old. He gives iCarly a bad review after Carly rejects his advances and the two websites engage in an ongoing war. He is snobbish and pompous and aspires to own his own haberdashery. He uses words that are too big for his age, including telling people they will rue the day they did something against him. He has a pet porcupine named Mr. Tribbals.
