Paula Schaeffer is an analyst at the Counter Terrorist Unit based in Los Angeles. Working at CTU was Paula's main career goal, but she is shaken -- to say the least -- by the threat of nuclear destruction and smaller, scale though still terrifying attacks. After growing up in LA, she was brought into CTU by Tony Almeida.
