Wayne Palmer is the brother of politician David Palmer, employed to serve as his sibling's top advisor. Though certainly capable, Wayne does not possess the quick and confident demeanor of his brother and sometimes hesitates when making the toughest of calls. He is a former Marine and a graduate of Yale law who, before joining his brother's political team, worked for a law school as well as COO of Milliken Enterprises.
