Thomas Tom Lennox serves as chief of staff to President Wayne Palmer. His impressive career includes a stint with David Palmer's political campaign as well as time on the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board. He is a prolific and accomplished author, publishing articles on issues ranging from public policy to constitutional law. Interestingly, he is not adverse to going beyond the powers granted by the constitution in matters of national emergency. He holds an undergraduate degree in political science from Yale University and a PhD in government from Harvard University.
