Principal Rimkus isn't a regular in One Tree Hill. She appears in only 4 episodes. In these episodes, we learn that Principal Rimkus is not a nice woman.Brooke Davis' foster daughter Sam wrote an essay for an essay contest and Haley James Scott, her teacher and Brooke's friend, picks the essay as the winner. The essay is to be published in the school paper. However when Principal Rimkus finds out which paper Haley has chosen, she tells her to pick another one or be fired. Sam's essay is about her life which up until the moment Brooke fostered her was a bad life. Principal Rimkus does not approve of the paper.Haley publishes the paper anyway and she gets fired. This doesn't go down well with her students who break out of school and turn up and Haley's house. She teaches the students there at her house as they say they can't be taught by anyone else. Principal Rimkus turns up at Haley's house and they argue.
