Ryan Chappelle is the Los Angeles Regional Division Director of the Counter Terrorist Unit. In this role, he directly answers to the President of the United States. He is a bureaucrat at heart and largely inflexible when it comes to following the chain of command. He received an undergraduate degree in Government from New York University and an MBA from Wharton. Chappelle is married with a son and two daughters. He is devoted to this country and prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice.
