Wayne Randall was a killer referenced in the Sunshine and Frosty Swirl episode and the Swim Deep episode. Wayne and his accomplice, Hannah McKay, went on a killing spree. In the Swim Deep episode Hannah returns to Miami Metro to uncover bodies, and in the course of uncovering the bodies, Dexter determines that Hannah was a killer herself. Not much else is known about Wayne except that he killed himself by stepping into the path of a speeding truck after enjoying a few beautiful sunny days out of prison.
