Dodee Weaver is the engineer at the local rock station, where Phil Bushey is the DJ. When the dome falls, she immediately starts looking for answers and realizes the implications of the rarity of her station being the only one still broadcasting. She scans all frequencies and hears the object referred to as a dome. She is smart and capable with advanced technical skills that prove to be a great resource inside the dome.
