Norrie Calvert-Hill is the 16-year-old daughter of Alice Calvert and Carolyn Hill from California, who are bringing her to a tough love camp and only stop in Chester's Mill for juice for Alice, who is diabetic. Norrie is a rebellious teenager and has recently been in trouble for sexting and other things. Her mothers are taking her to camp to straighten her out.Norrie has a seizure shortly after the dome comes down, as does Joe McAlister, and she may prove to have a connection to the dome that is intriguing and terrifying.
