Mr. Howard is a teacher at Ridgeway High School, who does not appear to actually like children, especially the iCarly trio. He is the detention room monitor and enjoys watching the Geometry Channel in the teacher's lounge. He does not like Principal Franklin. He often conspires with Ms. Briggs and may be involved in a relationship with her.
