Natalie Teeger, formerly Natalie Davenport, is the daughter of a toothpaste tycoon. She married a man in the Navy who was shot down before her role on the show began. His name was Mitch and his dream was to be an astronaut. Mitch and Natalie have a daughter, Julie, who never disappoints in adding morals to the show. Natalie gave up her family money to raise her daughter and to be with her husband. She is not a nurse and we meet her on the show when she is bar-tending. She caters to Monk a lot more than Sharona ever did, but she is still a great addition to the show.
