Talak'talan is a soldier with the Jem'Hadar, under orders from the Dominion. His rank is Third .*spoiler*He captures Sisko and Quark when they are visiting the Gamma Quadrant along with Eris, a Vorta they run into at their campsite.Talak'talan beams himself directly into the command center of Deep Space Nine to annouce Sisko's capture. He also speaks for the Dominion and demands no other travelers may go thru the wormhole to the Gamma Quadrant and hands over evidence of attacks on others that have crossed into their territory.
