Weyoun is a Vorta diplomat representing the Dominion to the Cardassian Union. He visits Deep Space 9 to negotiate with Benjamin Sisko. He oversees Gul Dukat, Legate Damar and Legate Broca. Like all Vorta, he is a clone and eight copies of him are known to exist. Weyoun 4 was the supervisor of the Jem'Hadar attack ship. Weyoun 5 was an advisor to Gul Dukat, the dictator of the Cardassion Union after it was annexed by the Dominion. Weyoun 6 was deemed defective after he failed to fall in line with the Domion War. Weyoun 7 was activated in part to track down Weyoun 6. Weyoun 8 led the war effort for the Dominion.
