Corrine Mackey is the wife of Vic Mackey, the hard-nosed detective and leader of the Strike Team. Vic and Corrine were married at the beginning of the series, but the marriage doesn't last much longer. They have three children together: Matthew, Cassidy and Megan. Both Megan and Matthew have autism.Corrine and Vic lived together in a nice house in California. Unaware of how her husband really paid for the things she enjoyed, she believed he worked a lot of overtime. She was unaware that Vic was skimming off the streets to pay for their luxuries. Corrine is a nurse and took time off when Cassidy was born and never went back to work until after Megan was older. Corrine did go back to work at Mission Cross hospital in Farmington.She maintains a cordial relationship with Vic after their divorce, generally accepting that he is a devoted father and leaving him to take care of Cassidy so that she can focus on caring for Megan and Matthew. Corrine is eventually pulled into the fallout of Vic's misdeeds in a horrific way.She has a few relationships after she and Vic split, none of which bother Vic -- except for one.
