Officer Tina Hanlon is a new police officer at The Barn, introduced later in the series. She is young and attractive and quickly gets the attention of several of the men in the department, including Dutch. She and Sgt. Danni Sofer develop a bit of a rivalry which seems to be borne of some jealousy on Danni's part, but spills into their inability to trust each other in the field. A young and not entirely interested new officer, Tina makes a string of rookie mistakes that prove costly. She also is a fluent Spanish speaker and is brought in regularly to translate.
