Evelyn Martin is a personal aide to Martha Logan, wife of U.S. President Charles Logan. She is responsible for aiding the somewhat unstable First Lady in preparing for press and public appearances -- as well as other more clandestine and dangerous operations as yet another threat to national security unfolds.
