Henry Lin is the leader of the Lin Triad, a Chinese-American gang based in San Francisco that occasionally conducts gun business with the Sons. He is after Chuckie Marstein, his former bookkeeper who skimmed from him. Lin and Jax eventually come to an agreement about Chuckie. Lin is seen as less overtly ruthless than his fellow gang leaders, although it is believed he came up with the brutal yet pragmatic solution to Chuckie's compulsive masturbation problem.
