Luis Torres is the second in command of the Galindo Cartel, to Romeo Parada. The Mexican drug cartel is introduced in season four and put in touch with SAMCRO by Mayan leader Marcus Alvarez. Although the club has avoided the drug-running business, the Galindo cartel proposes a deal of weapons in exchange for cocaine transport. Luis and Romeo's motives aren't clear, and they are quick to align with whomever they feel can most benefit their goals.
