Romeo Parada is the leader of the Galindo cartel. His second-in-command is Luis Torres. The Mexican drug cartel is introduced in season four and put in touch with SAMCRO by Mayan leader Marcus Alvarez. Although the club has avoided the drug-running business, the Galindo cartel proposes a deal of weapons in exchange for cocaine transport. Romeo's motives aren't clear, and they are quick to align with whomever they feel can most benefit their goals. Romeo is a former Mexican military commando with a far reach, even into prison.
