Wendy Teller (nee Case) is Jax Teller's ex-wife who begins the series as a pregnant junkie. She soon gives birth to Jax's son Abel, who is born with a heart defect that he believes is congenital. Wendy quickly draws the ire of Jax's mom, Gemma, who stoops to extreme measures to keep Wendy away from her son and grandson.
