Barbara is the mother of Dennis and Dee Reynolds, and the ex-wife of Frank Reynolds. She is extremely vain and mostly interested in money. She's particularly cold to Frank and Dee, having referred to her daughter as a mistake, despite the fact that Dee and Dennis were twins. She's quite cruel to Dee, to the point of blowing her off when Dee was in a neck brace, saying, I assume you did something stupid.
